These programme terms apply specifically to participation in Raving Rewards and operate alongside our general Website Terms of Service. If there is any conflict between the two, these Raving Rewards Terms will take priority only in relation to affiliate participation, referral tracking, rewards and commission payments.

In these terms, “we”, “us” and “our” mean CreateFlow Online Ltd. “You” and “affiliate” mean the person or business joining the programme.

You must be at least 18 years old to join.

You do not need to be an existing Raving Reviews customer. The programme is open to:

Please provide accurate information when registering, including an email address and the PayPal email address you would like us to use for payments.

By submitting the affiliate registration form, you confirm that you have read and accepted these terms and that you have read our Privacy Policy. Your electronic registration forms the agreement between you and CreateFlow Online Ltd, so a separate handwritten signature is not normally required.

Joining is free, but applications remain subject to our approval. We may decline an application where we reasonably believe the programme is not an appropriate fit.

Approved affiliates may also be personally invited to our private affiliate community. Community access is not automatic, is personal to the invited affiliate and may be granted, suspended or revoked separately from the affiliate account.

Once your account has been approved, you will receive a personal referral code, that contains your name within it to personalise it. For example; SARAH15OFF - Means the referred client will benefit from Sarah's exclusive 15% off by entering that code at checkout.

Please ask your referral to use your code when checking out Raving Reviews. This allows the system to connect a qualifying customer with your account and calculate any reward due.

Your code is personal to your account and should not be sold, transferred or shared with another affiliate for them to use as their own.

A referral cannot normally be added retrospectively after a customer has purchased. If someone forgets to use your code, please contact us promptly. We will consider the available evidence, but we cannot guarantee that a referral can be reassigned.

Where more than one person claims the same referral, we will use our records, booking information and other reasonable evidence to decide who should receive it. Our aim will always be to reach a fair outcome.

A qualifying referral is a genuinely new customer who:

Self-referrals, duplicate accounts, fabricated customers and transactions created primarily to generate commission are not qualifying referrals.

Referred customers purchase eligible services directly from CreateFlow Online Ltd and enter into their customer agreement with us. We are responsible for discussing their requirements, taking payment, providing onboarding and delivering ongoing customer support. Affiliates must not collect payments, agree prices or enter into commitments on our behalf.

Orders that are cancelled, refunded, disputed, charged back, unpaid or suspected of fraud will not qualify for commission. If commission has already been paid on such an order, we may deduct the corresponding amount from a future payment after explaining the reason to you.

Your role as an affiliate is simply to make a genuine recommendation and introduce the potential customer to Raving Reviews using your personal referral code, link or an accepted direct introduction.

Once the referral has been made:

You are not responsible for onboarding the customer, delivering the service, providing technical support or resolving customer account matters.

Please do not collect payments, agree prices, offer additional discounts or make commitments on our behalf unless we have expressly agreed this with you in writing.

An introduction does not automatically guarantee a sale or commission. Commission becomes eligible only when the referred customer purchases an eligible service, their payment has cleared and the other qualifying conditions within these terms have been met.

If your referral has questions that you cannot confidently answer, you are always welcome to direct them to us. We will take care of the conversation while ensuring your referral remains connected to your affiliate account.

Our business cards may invite referrers to “choose your free gift.”

This refers to the reward you may earn when your recommendation becomes a qualifying Raving Reviews customer. It is not an automatic gift simply for registering.

Depending on the offer available, your reward may include:

Where you choose a cash commission, you may enjoy it personally, save it or reinvest it into your own business—it is entirely your choice.

Cash commissions may create personal or business tax obligations, so they should not be treated as automatically tax-free simply because we use the friendly term “gift.”

Under the current Raving Rewards affiliate offer:

The eligible plan, customer discount and commission rate shown on the programme page or in your affiliate account at the time of referral will apply.

Commission is calculated on money actually received by CreateFlow Online Ltd. It does not apply to:

If a customer pays annually, commission is calculated when that qualifying annual payment is successfully received. If they pay monthly, commission is earned as each qualifying payment is received.

Recurring commission continues while:

If the customer cancels, stops paying, receives a refund or moves to a non-eligible service, future commission will stop.

If the customer’s eligible subscription increases, reduces or changes, commission will be recalculated using the qualifying amount actually received.

We do not guarantee any particular level of income, number of referrals or future earnings.

The total commission available for each qualifying customer you personally refer is limited to £1,000 over the lifetime of that customer relationship.

The cap applies across all qualifying payments associated with that customer, including subscription payments, renewals, upgrades and eligible plan changes. Once a total of £1,000 has been earned for that customer, no further commission will become payable in relation to them.

Approved commission will be paid to the PayPal email address registered on your affiliate account, on or around the 30th of each month, provided your approved commission balance has reached the minimum payout threshold of £100.

If your approved balance is below £100, it will remain in your affiliate account and carry forward into the following month. Once the balance reaches £100 or more, it will be included in the next scheduled monthly payout.

The £100 threshold is a minimum payout balance—not a fee or a loss of commission. Your eligible commission will continue accumulating until the threshold is reached.

Where the 30th falls on a weekend, bank holiday or other non-working day, payment may be processed on the nearest practical working day.

Commission only becomes available after:

You are responsible for keeping your name, email address and PayPal details accurate. We are not responsible for delays caused by incorrect information or restrictions placed on your PayPal account.

Any PayPal currency conversion or recipient charges imposed by PayPal are outside our control.

You participate independently and are responsible for checking, declaring and paying any tax, National Insurance, VAT, social security or other liability that may apply to your rewards or commission.

We will not normally deduct tax from your payments unless we are legally required to do so.

We do not require your tax code and cannot provide personal tax advice. If you are uncertain about your obligations, please speak with HMRC or an appropriately qualified adviser.

Raving Reviews customers are very welcome to join and share their genuine experience.

If you joined the programme while you were a customer and later stop using Raving Reviews, your affiliate participation will not necessarily continue automatically. We may review the circumstances with you and confirm whether your affiliate account can remain active.

This allows us to accommodate genuine situations fairly while protecting the programme and ensuring that recommendations remain current and authentic.

Any valid commission already earned before a review will normally remain payable unless it arose through fraud, misleading conduct or another material breach of these terms.

Your genuine recommendation is the most valuable part of the programme.

Please:

Affiliate content must be clearly recognisable as advertising where required. For example, social posts containing your affiliate link or code should use a clear disclosure such as “Ad,” “Affiliate link” or “I may earn a commission if you purchase through my link.”

The disclosure should be easy to see before someone clicks or makes a decision—not hidden among hashtags or only placed at the bottom of a long post.

If you are unsure whether a particular promotion is appropriate, please ask us before publishing it. We would always rather help you get it right.

You participate as an independent affiliate—not as an employee, worker, partner, franchisee or legal agent of CreateFlow Online Ltd.

You choose whether, when and how often you share your referral code. There are no required hours, sales targets or obligation to participate.

You cannot:

Participation does not provide employment benefits such as holiday pay, sick pay, pension contributions, minimum wage, redundancy pay or notice pay.

The simplest and safest way to refer someone is to give them your personal code and allow them to use that themselves at checkout.

Please do not add someone to a mailing list, submit their personal information or send their details to us without an appropriate lawful basis and, where required, their clear permission.

If you handle anybody’s personal information as part of your promotion, you are responsible for using it lawfully, securely and only for the purpose for which it was provided.

You must respect requests to stop contacting someone and comply with applicable privacy and electronic marketing rules, including the UK GDPR, the Data Protection Act 2018 and the Privacy and Electronic Communications Regulations where they apply.

We will process your own affiliate information in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

Materials and resources made available through the Raving Rewards affiliate community are provided solely for use by approved affiliates when promoting eligible Raving Reviews services.

You may publish approved social-media graphics and accompanying copy for that purpose, provided they are used substantially unchanged and include any required affiliate disclosure.

You must not:

Community access is personal, non-transferable and subject to your continued approved participation in Raving Rewards. We may suspend or revoke access if community materials or login details are shared, copied or otherwise misused.

Permission to use programme materials ends when your affiliate participation or community access ends. Any materials already published must be removed within a reasonable period if we ask you to do so.

The Raving Reviews and CreateFlow names, logos, websites, images, copy, templates and promotional materials remain the property of CreateFlow Online Ltd or their respective licensors.

While you are an approved affiliate, we give you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable and revocable permission to use materials supplied through the Raving Rewards programme solely to promote eligible Raving Reviews services.

Please do not substantially alter approved materials, remove legal notices or use our branding for another product without permission.

This permission ends when your affiliate participation ends.

From time to time, we may share non-public information with you, such as advance offers, internal guidance, customer information or programme plans.

Please keep genuinely confidential information private and use it only for your participation in Raving Rewards. This responsibility continues after you leave the programme.

This does not prevent you from sharing information that is already public or that we have authorised you to publish.

You may leave Raving Rewards at any time by emailing hello@ravingreviews.online.

We may pause or close an affiliate account where:

Whenever reasonably possible, we will explain the concern and give you an opportunity to correct an honest mistake.

Serious matters—including fraud, deliberate deception, spam, impersonation or unlawful conduct—may result in immediate suspension or removal.

Valid commission earned before your account ends will normally remain payable. We may withhold or reverse amounts connected with fraud, refunds, chargebacks, fabricated referrals or a material breach while the matter is reasonably investigated.

As Raving Reviews develops, we may update eligible products, rewards, discounts, commission rates or these terms.

We will provide reasonable notice of any significant change wherever practical. Changes will normally apply prospectively and will not remove commission that has already been validly earned.

Continuing to use your referral code after the effective date of updated terms will indicate your acceptance of those changes. If you do not agree, you may leave the programme before the new terms take effect.

We will make reasonable efforts to keep the programme, tracking system and affiliate dashboard available, but we cannot promise that they will always operate without interruption or error.

Please tell us promptly if you notice a tracking or payment issue so that we can investigate.

Nothing in these terms excludes responsibility that cannot legally be excluded, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation.

Subject to those protections, CreateFlow Online Ltd will not be responsible for indirect or consequential losses, loss of anticipated earnings or business opportunities arising from participation in the programme.

Our total liability connected with your participation will not exceed the total commission paid or payable to you during the 12 months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

If a court finds that one part of these terms cannot be enforced, the remaining sections will continue to apply.

Our decision not to enforce a term immediately does not mean we have permanently waived it.

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.

If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, the courts of England and Wales will have jurisdiction, subject to any mandatory legal rights that apply.
